Prosocial items (0, 3, 8, 16, 19) are scored normally (higher = more prosocial) and NOT included in Total Difficulties. Items 6, 10, 13, 20, 24 are reverse-scored (new = 2 - old). Total Difficulties = sum of Emotional + Conduct + Hyperactivity + Peer subscales (max 40).

Qu'est-ce que le SDQ ?
Le SDQ (Strengths and Difficulties Questionnaire) est un questionnaire de dépistage comportemental en 25 items pour les 2–17 ans (symptômes émotionnels, conduite, hyperactivité, pairs, comportement prosocial).
Qui remplit le SDQ ?
Il existe des versions parents, enseignants et auto-rapport. Version parents 2–17 ans, enseignants 2–17 ans, auto-rapport à partir de 11 ans.
Comment le SDQ est-il coté ?
Chaque sous-échelle (sauf prosocial) est cotée 0–10. Score total des difficultés (0–40) = somme des quatre sous-échelles de problèmes. Bandes : proche de la moyenne, légèrement élevé, élevé, très élevé.
