La DASS-21 (Depression Anxiety Stress Scales-21) est un questionnaire d'auto-évaluation en 21 items avec trois sous-échelles de 7 items (dépression, anxiété, stress). Elle donne une vue d'ensemble de la détresse émotionnelle.
Comment la DASS-21 est-elle cotée ?
Chaque item est coté 0–3. Les scores de sous-échelles sont la somme des 7 items concernés multipliée par 2. Étiquettes de sévérité de normal à extrêmement sévère.
Quand utiliser la DASS-21 plutôt que le PHQ-9 et le GAD-7 ?
Utilisez la DASS-21 pour un seul instrument couvrant dépression, anxiété et stress. Utilisez le PHQ-9 et le GAD-7 pour des seuils plus établis ou lorsque la plainte principale est clairement dépression ou anxiété.
