SDQ (Strengths and Difficulties Questionnaire) to 25-punktowy przesiew behawioralny dla dzieci i młodzieży 2–17 lat (objawy emocjonalne, zachowanie, nadpobudliwość, rówieśnicy, zachowanie prospołeczne).
Kto wypełnia SDQ?
Są wersje dla rodziców, nauczycieli i samoocena. Wersja dla rodziców 2–17 lat, dla nauczycieli 2–17, samoocena od 11. roku życia.
Jak się punktuje SDQ?
Każda podskala (oprócz prospołecznej) 0–10. Łączny wynik trudności (0–40) = suma czterech podskal problemów. Przedziały: przeciętny, nieznacznie podwyższony, wysoki, bardzo wysoki.
